الملخص: للإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة التي تتمحور حول: مدى مساهمة الهندسة المالية الإسلامية في إدارة مخاطر صيغ التمويل ببنك البركة الجزائري؟ تم التطرق لمختلف المفاهيم المتعلقة بإدارة المخاطر والهندسة المالية الإسلامية. وقد تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لكونه ملائما لعرض المفاهيم المرتبطة بإدارة المخاطر والهندسة المالية الإسلامية، مع الاستعانة بمنهج دراسة الحالة، لأننا بصدد الوقوف على آليه إدارة مخاطر صيغ التمويل ببنك البركة الجزائري. وقد خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من النتائج أهمها: تساهم الهندسة المالية الإسلامية في إدارة مخاطر صيغ التمويل ببنك البركة الجزائري. لكن هذه المساهمة تقتصر فقط على صيغ البيوع مثل المرابحة والإجارة.
