إذا زادت كميات الأعمال عن النسب المحددة في هذه المادة فيجب أن يتم رفعها إلى مجلس الادارة / الهيئة الإدارية لأخذ الموافقة المسبقة عليها قبل التنفيذ على أن يتم إرفاق المبررات الفنية لبنود الكميات التي زادت عن النسبة المحددة.
