تأسس مجمع اللغة العربية في الأردن عام 1976 للحفاظ على سلامة اللغة العربية و النهوض بها و موقعه على الإنترنت هو http://www.majma.org.jo و رئيسه هو د. خالد الكركي. و هناك العديد من المعلومات حول المجمع في هذا الموقع كتاريخ نشأة الموقع حيث أصدر سمو الأمير عبدالله ، مؤسس المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، امره بتأسيس مجمع علمي في عمان في 1924م بالإضافة إلى معلومات أخرى كأهداف المجمع و رسالته و قوانينه.

نظم المجمع عدة مؤتمرات و أهمها " اللغة العربية في الحياة العامة " و " مؤتمر التعريب الحادي عشر " و يوجد في الموقع عدة تقارير عن المؤتمرات و الأنشطة المتنوعة أولا بأول. و قد نشر المجمع معجم " ألفاظ الحياة العامة في الأردن" و مجلة " مجمع اللغة العربية الأردني " كما نشر عدة كتب. و لم أعثر على على إصدار رسمي للمجمع على الانترنت.
