فقد حرصت حكومة خادم الحرمين الشريفين رعاه الله من منطلق اهتمامها بشؤون العمال و سعيها الدائم لتحقيق تطلعاتهم و تأمين حقوقهم على إصدار قواعد تشكيل لجان العمل في المنشآت التي يبلغ عمالها مائة عامل سعودي و أكثر من أجل تحسين مستوى ظروف العمل و تهيئة الأسباب المعينة لزيادة الإنتاج في أوضاع صحية سليمة وأداء جيد.
