يقوم المدير المالي باستعراض إنشاء السجل الرئيسي للأصول الثابتة وابداء أي توصيات أو تعديلات حوله. وفي حالة وجود أية تعديلات يقوم برفعها إلى رئيس الحسابات الذي بدوره يعيدها الى المحاسب المسئول لإجراء التعديلات أما في حالة الموافقة على السجل دون تعديلات يقوم باعتماده ومن ثم عرضه على المدير المالي.
