اذا لدى المصرف بعض الشكوك حول توقيع الشخص الذي يعطيه التعليمات مع العلم ان المصرف ليس ملزما و ليس مسؤولا مباشرة او غير مباشرة بالتحقق من التوقيع المذكور اعلاه سوى وفقًا للأجراءات التحقق العادية، او إذا كان لدى المصرف شكوكًا حول هوية الشخص الذي يعطيه التعليمات بواسطة الهاتف
