يملئ ممثل الشركة المفوض نموذج تقييم اداء المقاول ويعتمده من مدير الادارة كل ثلاثة اشهر اعتباراً من تاريخ بدء العمل.
في حالة حصول المقاول على تقدير مقبول فأكثر فإن ممثل الشركة المفوض يزود المقاول بنسخة من نموذج التقييم المعتمد.
