تحدد مدة ثلاثون يوماً على الاقل لتقديم العطاءات في المناقصة تبدأ من تاريخ نشر أول اعلان عن المناقصة العامة أو من تاريخ توجيه خطاب الدعوة للمناقصة المحدودة أو الممارسة ، ويجوز للجنة المناقصات والمزايدات في حالة الاستعجال بقرار مسبب تقصير هذه المدة بحيث لا تقل عن خمسة عشر يوماً.
