4. عند وجود بنود أو اصناف غير مسعرة في عطاء ما يتم وضع أعلى سعر مقدم لذات البند أو الصنف في العطاءات الأخرى لغرض التقييم وإذا أرسيت المناقصة على صاحب هذا العطاء يحاسب على أساس اقل سعر للبنود او الاصناف المقدمة في العطاءات الاخرى .
