أتعهد أنا الموقع أدناه بأن أباشر مهام عملي بعد عودتي من الإجازة الممنوحة لي من الشركة وفي حال أي تأخير إضطراري أقوم بإبلاغ المدير المباشر نصيا وفي ماعدا ذلك أتحمل كافة الإجراءات القانونية لذلك .
