وطلب أبو فاعور "إحالة ملف الشكوى الى مكتب مكافحة الجرائم المعلوماتية والملكية الفكرية التابع للمديرية العامة لقوى الامن الداخلي، ليقوم بالتنسيق والمتابعة مع دائرة التفتيش الصيدلي في وزارة الصحة بعد الترصد للموقع الالكتروني، من أجل إتخاذ الاجراءات المناسبة في حق المخالفين وفقا للقوانين والانظمة المرعية الاجراء
