يقوم الطرف الاول بسداد قيمة الكمية

يقوم الطرف الاول بسداد قيمة الكمية المستلمة من الطرف الثاني خلال سنة من تاريخ ابرام العقد و ذلك وفقا لآلية المحددة في المادة الثالثة، على ان لا يقدم اخطار السحب للدفع إلا بعد تقديم المستندات التالية

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

The first party shall pay for the quantity received from the second party within one year of the date of conclusion of the contract and in accordance with the mechanism laid down in article 3, that does not provide notification of withdrawal to pay only after the submission of the following documents

The first party to pay the value of the amount received from the second party within one year from the date of conclusion of the contract and in accordance with the mechanism set out in Article III, that does not provide notice of the withdrawal payment only after the submission of the following documents

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 3:

The first party shall pay the value of the quantity received by the party during the second years from the date of conclusion of the contract, and this mechanism defined in article third, that it the notice of withdrawal for payment only after the submission of the following documents
