To His Excellency, Ambassador of the State of Kuwait in Mexico City,

Greetings,

I am currently trying to get an employee from Guatemala to come to Kuwait and have been working with your consular office to issue the visa. We have submitted all the required documents and received the attached work permit from the Immigration Department in the Ministry of Interior to be stamped by the Kuwait embassy in Mexico City. I sent the work permit to the embassy to be attested, but however I was informed by the consular section that the attached letter is enough for the employee to travel to Kuwait. I shared this with the immigration department and they confirmed that the attached document does need the embassy seal in order for it to be valid.

I kindly request that you let me know to whom I can send this work permit and passport to in order to get it attested by the embassy.
