إيلي صعب هو مصمم أزياء لبناني ، عندما كان في التاسعة من عمره كان يرسم الفساتين على الورق و يقص الستائر وقماش الموائد لصنع فساتين لشقيقاته . عندما أصبح عمره سبعة عشر بدأ دراسة الأزياء في باريس، وعاد إلى لبنان افتتح مشغل في بيروت . عام 1997 قدم أول مجموعة خاصة في إيطاليا وهو أول مصمم أزياء عربي يعرض في أسبوع الموضة في روما . في عام 2002 ارتدت الممثلة هالي بيري فستان من تصميمه في حفل جوائز الأوسكار وفازت بجائزة أفضل ممثلة, وأصبح ايلي صعب يصمم للكثير من النجمات في هوليوود والعالم.
