لقد ثبت لدى المختصين لدينا قيامكم بالمخالفات التالية :
(1) القيام بأعمال الصنفرة في منطقة مكشوفة .
(2) وجود مطاير للمادة التي تنتج من أعمال الصنفرة في منطقة العمل وحظائر خارج السور المخصص للمشروع . وتراكم هذه المواد علي الارضية .
(3) القيام بأعمال الصبغ في منطقة مكشوفة .
(4) لا يوجد تخزين مناسب للمخلفات الناتجة من اعمال الصنفرة
مما يعد مخالفا لاحكام قانون حماية البيئة ومكافحة التلوث الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني رقم (114/2001) او اللائحة رقم (7/93 ، 18/93) ، لذلك فقد تقرر توقيع غرامة مالية مقدارها ( ) استنادا الى نص المادة رقم (10 ، 11) من القانون او اللائحة المشار اليها .
