يجب على المقاول بمجرد إتمام العمل إخطار الجمعية كتابةً بذلك ويتم إخطاره بموعد إجراء المعاينة التي يجب ان لا تتأخر اكثر من عشرة أيام من تاريخ إخطارها بإتمام العمل ، وإذا تبين ان العمل قد تم على الوجه المطلوب تقوم اللجنة المكلفة بالمعاينة باستلام الأعمال المنفذة وتحرير محضر استلام ابتدائي (مؤقت) خالياً من أي تحفظات جوهرية وفي حالة وجود تحفظات بسيطة لا تمنع من استخدام المشروع تحدد للمقاول مدة ويلتزم بإنجازها وفقاً للمواصفات ضمن فترة الصيانة ، أما في حالة الاستلام النهائي للمشروع فيجب أن تكون الأعمال المنفذة كاملة بموجب العقد وخالية من أي تحفظات أو ملاحظات.
