يقوم أمين المستودع بإدخال الاصل الثابت ومطابقته بصورة من فاتورة المورد بموجب سند إدخال مستودع وإدخال معلوماته على النظام الآلي، ومن ثم عند إخراجه إلى الإدارة الطالبة، يتم تسليمه بموجب سند استلام أصل ثابت.
