واما بالنسبة للمتهم الثالث فقد افاد فيما يتعلق بالتهمة الثالثة بانه امر بنقل الارز الصالح ، ولم يكن فاسدا وانما توجد به بعض الحشرات والبودرة وبحاجة الى تنظيف .
