تتم مصادرة الضمان في الحالات الموجبة لذلك وفقاً لأحكام هذه اللائحة قبل انتهاء مدته بأسبوع على الاقل ، وتورد قيمة الضمان المصادر الى البنك (حساب الامانات).

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:
