في حال صدور قرار من مجلس الادارة يقضي بالموافقة على تعيين المرشح لتولي المنصب القيادي، يتم الاعلان عن القرار في موقع السوق المالية (تداول) فورًا و دون تأخير وفقا لما تقضي به انظمة و لوائح و تعليمات هيئة السوق المالية بهذا الشأن و دون التطرق إلى أرقام او تواريخ المخاطبات التي نمت قبل صدور موافقة مجلس إدارة الشركة

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:
