تتم جميع أنواع المدفوعات وفقا لأحكام هذه اللائحة واللوائح الفرعية والأنظمة المعمول بها بالجامعة والإجراءات المعتمدة من قبل وزارة المالية والترتيبات المتوافق عليها معها، وتنقسم المدفوعات التي تتبعها الجامعة لسداد الالتزامات المالية المستحقة عليها حسب تلك الأنظمة إلى ثلاثة أنواع، تتمثل في التالي:
