إستجابة لهدف المشروع ورؤيته في تقديم منتجاته المتنوعة بجودة عالية تم بحث أهم الماكينات المطلوب إستخدامها في المشروع وتحديدها علي النحو التالي لتغطية حاجات المشروع :-
- مكينة كباتشينو 2عين ( نصف اوتوماتيكيه )



- مكنة قهوه أمريكي.
- مكينة سلاش 2عين.
- مكينة عصير ( 3شلال).
- عصارة برتقال كهربائيه.
- مكينة صنع ثلج ( صغيره 20كيلو في اليوم).
- سخان سندوتش مكبس ( جهتين ).
- سخان شاي 40 لتر عدد 2 .
- صاج كهربائي (50 سم * 35 سم ) لتجهيز الهمبرجر، وكبده ، و مفروم.
- فرن ميكرويف حجم كبير .
- مركب غاز ( عينين أو ثلاثة عيون ) مع تجهيزاته .
- مقلى بطاطس .
- حافظه حراريه ( 8 صحن ).
- كبينه حراريه لحفظ المعجنات.
- ثلاجة تبريد و عرض للعصائر، والفواكه ، والماء.
