يخضع الطرف الثاني لفترة تجربة مدتها ( . . . . . ) يوماً تبدأ من تاريخ مباشرته للعمل ولا يدخل في حسابها أجازه عيدي الفطر
والأضحى والاجازة المرضية ويكون للطرفين الحق في أنهاء العقد خلال هذه الفترة.
