اما من وافق على انشاء شركات متعددة الجنسيات في فلسطين (وهم اصحاب فروع لشركات متعددة الجنسيات في فلسطين) فيؤيدون انشائها في فلسطين، لانها تعمل على دعم الاقتصاد الفلسطيني من خلال دفع الضرائب من جهة، وتشغيل الايدي العاملة من جهة اخرى، مما يؤدي الى نمو الاقتصاد الفلسطيني وتطوره.
وعلى العكس من ذلك يرى المعارضون ان وجود الشركات متعددة الجنسيات سوف يزيد من البطالة لان الشركات الاخرى سوف تفصل جميع عامليها من العمل، مما يسبب الكساد الاقتصادي.
ويرى هؤلاء ان البيئة الفلسطينية ملائمة للشركات متعددة الجنسيات، ويوجد اقبال كبير على مثل هذه الشركات (مثل KFC).
