أي مراسلات أو إخطارات أو أنذارات فيما بين الطرفين يجب أن تكون كتابية ومرسلة على العناوين المدونة في مقدمة هذا العقد بواسطة البريد المسجل أو الممتاز أو الفاكس ويعتبر إرسالها على هذا النحو دليلاً على استلامها من قبل الطرف الآخر ولا تقبل منازعته في ذلك.
