يمنح الطرف الاول للطرف الثاني حساب متابعه للتمكن من مراقبه نظام ارسال الرسائل الالكترونية الموجود لدى الطرف الاول والذي يستخدمه الطرف الاول لإرسال الرسائل الالكترونية لقوائم الطرف الثاني. كما يتعھد الطرف الاول بعدم إرسال أي رسائل الكترونية لقوائم الطرف الثاني إلا من خلال نظام الارسال المتفق و التمكن من مشاھدة كافه التقارير المتعلقه بكافه الحملات الاعلانيه حسب توفرھا من الطرف الاول
