بموجب قانون حماية البيئة ومكافحة التلوث الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني رقم (114/2001) - واستنادا الى خطاب وزارة الزراعة والثروة السمكية رقم (885/2014م) المؤرخ في 25 صفر 1436هـ الموافق 18 ديسمبر 2014م ، واستنادا الى خطاب مدير ادارة التجارة والصناعة بمحافظة البريمي وموافقة المختصين بهذه الوزارة ، فانه لا مانع لدى هذه الوزارة من اصدار الموافقة البيئية على المشروع المذكور حسب البيانات التالية :

ــ تعتبر هذه الموافقة سارية المفعون طالما استمر التقيد بالاشتراطات البيئية المرفقة في الدليل رقم (126) المرفق مع هذه الموافقة .
ــ يج التقدم بطلب الحصول على التصريح البيئي النهائي او تجديد هذه المواقة خلال شهر من تاريخ الانتهاء وفي حالة عدم التجديد سيتم تطبيق المادة (31) من قانون حماية البيئة ومكافحة التلوث الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني رقم (114/2001) .
