10.1 Distributor shall pay the prices for the Products as set forth in Schedule 1. Any payment in consequence of an obligation of Distributor under the terms of this Agreement shall be made by Distributor and any amounts thus paid must be capable of being traced directly back to Distributor or via a bank account that belongs to or is traced back to Distributor, and Manufacturer shall not be obliged to accept any payment made from any third party (including unrelated third parties, officers, employees, shareholders, subsidiaries or affiliates of Distributor) and any such payment by such third party shall not extinguish or relieve Distributor’s obligation, to which it purports to correspond.
