أ‌- الاجازات المرضية
1- أول ثلاثة اشهر لن تقبل أي اجازة أو أي عذر وتخصم من الموظف وتؤثر على تقييمه
2- ابتدءاً من الشهر الرابع تقبل الاعذار الطبية بشرط :
أ‌- اخبار المسؤول
ب‌- تسليم العذر الطبي موضح عليه وقت العلاج والتاريخ (أو صوره اللاصق من المركز)
ت‌- يسلم العذر الطبي عند أول يوم حضور بعد الاجازه أو قبل تجهيز الرواتب.

ب‌- الاجازه السنويه (بعد إكمال سنة من العمل)
1- يجب تقديم الاجازة الخطية (ملئ الاستماره) بعد التنسيق مع الزملاء والتوقيع عليها.
2- آخذ موافقة المسؤول المباشر.
