يجوز للجمعية قبل مباشرة إنهاء العقد

يجوز للجمعية قبل مباشرة إنهاء العقد مع المقاول/المورد وبعد موافقة لجنة المناقصات ، وبما ينسجم مع شروط ووثائق العقد اتخاذ الاجراءات الاتية:
