وتشهد الهيئة العامة للاستثمار والمن

وتشهد الهيئة العامة للاستثمار والمناطق الحرة أنها أطلعت علي السند الذي بمقتضاه وكل الشركاء السيد / محمد محمد محمد سليمان ( وكيل الشركاء ) ليكون وكيلاً عنهم في تأسيس الشركة وأنهاء الاجراءات اللازمة لذلك ، وقد تم التصديق علي العقد الابتدائي والنظام الاساسي للشركة بمكتب توثيق الاستثمار بتاريخ 18/12/2013 وذلك بموجب محضر تصديق رقم 4098 ج لسنه 2013 وقد وردت موافقة الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية وفقاً لكتابها رقم 2485 بتاريخ 18/12/2013 .
