إن لإدارة الموارد البشرية أهدافا متعددة لكنها تهدف كلها إلى تنمية قدرات الافراد و تطويرهم بإستمرار بحيث تلبي احتياجاتهم و رغباتهم و كذلك احتياجات المنظمة، و عمومًا يمكن تقسيم أهداف إدارة الموارد البشرية إلى ثلاثة اهداف هي: الاهداف الاجتماعية، اهداف العاملين و اهداف المنظمة
