في كل الاحوال يجب أن لا يتم اللجوء الى انهاء العقد إلا بعد ان يتم النظر في كل البدائل الممكنة لحل الاشكال القائم ما لم يكن انهاء العقد هو الإجراء القانوني بحسب شروط المناقصة والعقد ، ولأجل حماية مصلحة الجمعية يجب الاستعانة بمتخصص قانوني للتحري والدقة في اتخاذ القرار.
