1- مدى الالتزام بالرؤية الاقتصادية الاستراتيجيات الوطنية والسياسات والبرامج العامة المعتمدة من الحكومة.
2- مدى الالتزام بمتطلبات الإفصاح حسب معايير المحاسبة الدولية.
3- إنجازات مجلس الأمناء والمكافآت والمزايا التي حصل عليها الأعضاء.
4- ملخصاً بتقارير التدقيق الداخلية والخطوات التنفيذية المرتبطة بها.
