في حالة حسم صاحب العمل من اجر العام

في حالة حسم صاحب العمل من اجر العامل مبالغ دون وجه حق او تأخره في سداد الاجر دون مسوغ ان توقع الهيئة العليا على صاحب العمل غرامة لا تتجاوز ضعف الخصم او ضعف قيمة الاجر المتأخر
