اتفق الطرفان على أن يدفع الطرف الثا

اتفق الطرفان على أن يدفع الطرف الثاني القيمة الإيجارية السنوية خلال اسبوعين قبل بداية كل سنة ايجارية جديدة للطرف الاول مباشرة أو الى المندوب المفوض من قبله بموجب ايصال رسمي يفيد باستلام الطرف الاول للقيمة الايجارية السنوية المستحقة.
