سادسا: اتفق الطرفان على أن حالة نشوب أي نزاع حول أي بند من بنود هذا العقد , ينعقد الاختصاص للمحاكم بسلطنة عمان في
سابعا: اتفق الطرفان على أن يتحمل الطرف الثاني جميع المصروفات و الرسوم الخاصة بتوثيق هذا العقد لدى أمانة السجل التجاري بوزارة التجارة والصناعة.
ثامناُ : عند وجود نزاع أو خلاف تكون المحكمة التجارية في سلطنة عمان الجهة المسئولة لحلها وفقا للمتبع حيال ذلك .
