يجب على المقاول توفير كافة المنشات

يجب على المقاول توفير كافة المنشات والخدمات والتجهيزات و اعمال الحراسه والامن اللازمه في المناطق المخصصه لاعمال المقاول وعليه تأمين ما يحتاجه من ماء و كهرباء على حسابه الخاص وفقا لما هو منصوص عليه في المتطلبات العامه, و على المقاول و ممثليه و عماله وعمال مقاوليه من الباطن ان يحصروا كافه اعمالهم ونشاطاتهم في المناطق المخصصه لهم

The contractor shall provide all facilities, services and equipment and the necessary security and guard duties in the areas allocated to the work of the contractor thus securing the necessary water and electricity at his own expense in accordance with the General requirements, the contractor and his representatives and the employment of workers and subcontractors to limit all their activities in the areas allocated to them

The Contractor shall provide all facilities, services, equipment and works of guard and security are required in assigned areas for the work the contractor and the insurance he needs from water and electricity at his own expense and according to what is stipulated in the general requirements, and the contractor and his representatives and labor and workers subcontractors that Kaveh confine their actions and their activities in the areas allocated to them

The Contractor shall provide all the facilities and services, custody and security, necessary equipment and works in the area allocated to the contractor must ensure it needs water and electricity to his account. As stipulated in the special requirements.And to the contractor and his employees, its subcontractors to limit all their actions and activities in areas reserved for them.
