إذا أخل الطرف الأول بأحد الإلتزامات المنصوص عليها في نظام الوكالات التجارية أو في هذا العقد.
المادة الثالثة عشر: للطرف الأول الحق في المطالبة بالتعويض عما أصابه من أضرار طبقاً للعقد أو العرف التجاري.
