لقد قمت بشراء جهاز جوال آيفون 5 ، تفاصيل عملية الشراء هي كالتالي :

ولكن كانت المفاجأة أنه حين وصول الجهاز وجدت بأنه لا يعمل نهائياً !
ولم يتجاوب مع عملية شحن البطارية!
ولم يفتح معي أبداً !
حتى أنني لم أستخدم أي شيء من القطع المرفقة معه كالسماعات والشاحن وغيرها البته !
وحينما تواصلت مع المندوب وأعدت الجهاز تفاجأت برد موقع سوق كوم بأن المندوب المسمى HUSSAIN قد اتهمني بأني أنا من أعطب الجهاز! وهذا اتهام باطل لا يملك عليه أي دليل ولا برهان !

وهذا أمر مؤسف وخيبة أمل كبيرة حيث أننا نثق في موقع سوق كوم وسبق واشترينا منه عدة مرات بلا مشاكل تذكر . وليس من عادتي ولا من أخلاقي أن أدّعي شيئاً ليس بحق لي .
أرجو منكم أن تنظروا في هذه المشكلة عاجلاً كما عودتمونا على سرعة تواصلكم .. ولكم منا كل الشكر.
ملاحظة : توجد معي الفواتير وصور من عملية الشراء والبريد الالكتروني.
