• المطعم يبدأ العمل من الساعه الثام

• المطعم يبدأ العمل من الساعه الثامنه صباحاً وحتى تقريبا الساعه الواحده بعد منتصف الليل ، ومقسم الى ثلاث دوامات :
• الدوام الاول يبدأ من الساعه 8:00 صباحاً حتى 4:30 مساءاً
• والدوام الثانى يبدأ من الساعه 1:00 ظهراً حتى الساعه 10:30 مساءاً
• والدوام الثالث يبدأ من الساعه 4:30 عصراً حتى الساعه 1:00 بعد منتصف الليل .
• بعض الموظفين قد قدموا استقالتهم من شهرين تقريبا ولم يتم توفير البديل عنهم الى الان .
• الرواتب تبدأ من 1,500/- ريال .
• لا يوجد تسويق كافى للمطعم .
• بعض الموظفين يعملوا بوظيفتين وذلك لسد
العجز الموجود بالموظفين .








احتياجات المطعم :

• مطلو توفير عدد (1) مساعد مدير بدل الذى استقال
• مطلوب توظيف عدد (3) طباخين زيادة للعمل داخل المطبخ .
• مطلوب توفير عدد (2) مضيفين للعمل بالصالة .
• مطلوب توفير عدد (1) عامل توصيل طلبات إضافي لتوسيع نطاق التوصيل .
• مطلوب تنظيم اجازات الموظفين .
• مطلوب تنظيم رواتب الموظفين لان بعض
الموظفين لان بعض الموظفين يعملوا بنفس
الوظيفة لكن لايتقاضوا نفس الراتب .

ملاحظات عامة على ناس فود :
• مكتب إدارة ناس فود يدفع له ايجار فى حين ان عدد الموظفين العاملين بالمكتب ثلاث موظفين فقط .
