وتحقق موافقة شركة الكهرباء على إدخال التيار الكهربائي بقوة (1500 KVA ) ، للعين المؤجرة علما بأن رسوم الحصول على الزيادة في القوة الكهربائية تكون على حساب الطرف الثاني للعين المؤجرة وحيث قبل الطرف الأول تأجيره عليه فقد اتفق الطرفان وهما بكامل الأهلية والأوصاف المعتبرة شرعاً ونظاماً على التعاقد وفقاً للشروط والأحكام التالية :-
