يجب على الشركة الحصول على موافقة كل من الهيئة العامة للدفاع المدني والاسعاف والجهة المشغلة او المشرفة على المنطقة الصناعية على خطة ادارة المخاطر والحوادث البيئية الطارئة بالمشروع ، وموافاة هذه الوزارة بنسخة من الخطة المعتمدة خلال فترة سريان هذه الموافقة البيئية .
9- يجب على الشركة بعد مرور ثلاث سنوات من تشغيل المشروع او عند حدوث حالات للتلوث البيئي او ظهور مشكلات بيئية مستمرة وفقا للاسس والضوابط التي تقررها الوزارة في هذا الشأن ان تقوم بتكليف استشاري بيئي مسجل لدى الوزارة وذو خبرة عملية مناسبة لاعداد دراسة المراجعة والتدقيق البيئي على المشروع .

9. The company must later three years of operation of the project or when the incidence of environmental pollution or the emergence of environmental problems continuing in accordance with the principles and regulations established by the ministry in this regard that the commissioned registered with the ministry and has a environmental consultant appropriate practical experience to prepare the review study and environmental audit of the project.
