تستثنى من اجراءات الفحص الاصناف الصغيرة المشتراة لغرض الاستخدام المباشر والتي لا تتجاوز قيمتها (50,000) خمسون الف ريال ويكتفى بتوقيع مدير الادارة المعنية بأن هذه الاصناف مطابقة للمواصفات والشروط وملائمة للغرض الذي اشتريت من اجله ، أما إذا كانت الاصناف جزء من عقد فيجب فحصها أياً كانت قيمتها.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:
