يقصد بالمناقصة المحدودة : مجموعة الإجراءات التي تقوم بها الجمعية لفتح باب المنافسة بين عدد محدود لا يقل عن ثلاثة من الأشخاص الاعتباريين أو الطبيعيين المشتغلين بنوع عملية الشراء المطلوبة ، وذلك فيما زاد قيمته عن مليون وخمسمائة الف ريال وبما لا يتجاوز مبلغ ثلاثة مليون ريال أو ما يعادله بالدولار الامريكي ، وبنفس إجراءات المناقصة العامة عدا شرط الإعلان ، يستبدل بتوجيه دعوة للمشاركين.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

Tendering means: set of actions undertaken by the Assembly to open competition among limited number of at least three of legal or natural persons engaged in the type of procurement process, as increased worth million five hundred thousand riyals and not more than $ 3 million, or the equivalent in us dollars, in the same general condition of tendering proceedings, except the declaration replaces the invited participants.
