[1995] Detmer studied permeability, porousness and granular distribution of soil deposited in the Bakirok basin by measuring the field permeability of 10 places of soil deposited in the basin, and the porosity was extracted and the cell-analysis curve of each site was drawn. The sedimentwas found that the porosity coefficient had no effect on permeability values and that increased intergranal bonding was found to decrease the permeability coefficient. In addition, the granular distribution curve of the soil deposited can be relied upon to guess the permeability coefficient values if the sizes of those granules are larger or equal (2 mm).
