الندوات التي احترمت المقاييس المقترحة من حيث نوعية المشاركات و المشاركين، كانت مناسبة تم خلالها تقديم عروض أولية من طرف إدارة المشروع ممثلة في السيد مصطفى تليلي، وخبراء المشروع وبعض الخبراء الوطنيين الذين تم تعبئتهم بالمناسبة وأطر نقابية قيادية حول:
- أهداف المشروع وفرضياته الأساسية، خاصة تلك المتعلقة بالسبل الكفيلة للوصول إلى أرضية عمل مشتركة بين النقابات العمالية و منظمات أصحاب العمل حول الملفات و القضايا ذات الاهتمام المشترك تكون أرضية للحوار الاجتماعي مع الحكومات؛
- المرجعية الدولية لقيام حوار اجتماعي فعال ومنتج بين أطرافه؛
- التحديات الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية بالدول الثلاث؛
