يجب أخذ موافقة لجنة المناقصات على الصيغة النهائية للعقد إذا ما تم إدخال أي تعديلات على نموذج العقد المحدد في وثيقة المناقصة وبما لا يخل بأحكام هذه اللائحة.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

You must have the approval of the tender Committee finalized the contract if any modifications to the contract form specified in the tender document and is without prejudice to the provisions of this regulation.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:

It must be approved by the Tender Committee on the final version of the contract if they are to make any modifications to the model selected nodes in the tender document, and without prejudice to the provisions of these Regulations.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 3:

The tenders committee approval must be taken to finalize the contract, if the contract model specified in the tender document changes as is without prejudice to the provisions of these regulations.
