ب- إذا رفض تجديد مدة عقد الإمتياز بعد نهاية مدته الأصلية – بالرغم من كل اتفاق مخالف – إذا أثبت أن نشاطه قد أدى إلى نجاح ظاهرة في إنتاج وتوزيع الطرف الأول أو في زيادة عملائه ما لم يثبت الطرف الأول أن عدم التجديد يعود لأسباب قوية تبرر ذلك.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:
