الدين الإسلامي حث المسلمين على العمل الجاد فالعمل عباده والدليل على ذالك قول الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم (إذا عمل أحد منكم عملا ان يتقنه ) كما ان العمل الجاد يودي الى النجاح وارتقاء المجتمع بإذن الله .
